    Mr. Green Dim is a former senior vice president at The Huntington National Bank. He has 30 years of commercial banking experience with his last 23 years in banking focused on management, restructure, and resolution of problem loans at Bank of NY-Mellon, Citizens Bank, and The Huntington National Bank. He has managed a variety of problem loans at banks and understands first-hand how to create win-win solutions for lenders and borrowers in situations of loan default which may require restructuring, forbearance, refinancing, and or bankruptcy/liquidation. Mr. Dim’s banking career is quite diverse and includes international banking, commercial lending, credit policy and administration, and problem loan management and workout.     Mr. Hernan Serrano

    Mr. Hernan Serrano has over 23 years of experience in litigation, corporate recovery, turnaround management and restructuring. He has worked as an financial advisor to law firms, investment banks, accounting firms, commercial banks, asset-based lenders, financial advisors and corporations. Mr. Serrano has served as a trustee and receiver in numerous cases, including actions brought by the Federal Trade Commission. His experience helps his clients face any challenges that they might face. Mr. Serrano is a trained and certified New York State Ombudsman, serving the healthcare industry. In addition, Mr. Serrano is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Agent. This license has proven to be helpful in helping clients restructure their debt or even liquidate assets for a maximum recovery.
